Understanding Email Verification #
Email verification is a critical step that confirms your email address and triggers the automatic creation of your trial subscription.
How Email Verification Works #
- Verification Email Sent: Immediately after registration, you receive an email with a unique verification link
- 12-Hour Window: You have 12 hours to click the verification link before it expires
- Click to Verify: Clicking the link confirms your email address
- Auto-Subscription: Your trial subscription is created automatically via our API
- Welcome Email: You receive your subscription key and access instructions
Troubleshooting Verification Issues #
No Email Received #
If you haven’t received the verification email:
- Check spam folder: Look in Spam, Junk, or Promotions
- Wait 5-10 minutes: Email delivery can take time
- Check email address: Verify you entered it correctly
- Whitelist sender: Add noreply@seresa.io to contacts
- Contact support: If still not received after 15 minutes
Link Expired #
If your verification link has expired (after 12 hours):
- Register again with the same email address
- You will receive a new verification link
- Complete verification within 12 hours
Link Not Working #
If clicking the link doesn’t work:
- Copy the full URL from the email
- Paste it directly into your browser address bar
- Make sure you’re not using an email preview
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere
What’s in the Welcome Email? #
After successful verification, your welcome email includes:
- Subscription Key: Your unique API key for the inPIPE plugin
- Download Link: Direct link to download inPIPE plugin
- Installation Guide: Quick start instructions
- Trial Expiry Date: When your 3-day trial ends
- Billing Portal: Link to add payment and extend to 7 days
