After Your Trial Ends #
Here’s what happens when your 30-day Transmute Engine trial concludes and what your options are.
When Your Trial Expires #
At the end of your 30-day trial:
- No Auto-Charge: You entered no payment details, so nothing is charged automatically
- Email Notification: You’ll receive an email explaining your options
- Your Data Is Retained for 30 days: Your configuration and data are kept while you decide (see retention below)
Recommended: Continue on Harvest Lite #
Harvest Lite is our entry plan and the natural next step after your trial. It keeps your WordPress events flowing into BigQuery, so you never lose momentum.
- Your data keeps streaming into BigQuery
- Ask your data with AI — query everything in plain language through Claude AI
Good to know: On Harvest Lite your data lives in BigQuery and is fully accessible via AI. This plan does not include direct raw access to the BigQuery tables (SQL / schema) — see the upgrade path below if you need that.
Upgrade for Full Raw BigQuery Access #
Need to run your own SQL, connect BI tools, or own the warehouse outright? Upgrade to the full Harvest plan or higher:
- 100% your own dataset inside your own Google Cloud project
- Full raw access to your BigQuery data — query the schema directly with SQL
- Connect any BI or data tool you like
- Everything in Harvest Lite (AI access) still included

Prefer Not to Continue? #
If you choose not to subscribe:
- Your subscription simply becomes inactive at the end of the trial
- Data processing stops
- Your data is retained for 30 days, so you can upgrade anytime and we can migrate your trial data to your new system if you want (a small service charge may be applied)
- After 30 days, if you do not upgrade all your data is fully removed
