After Your Trial Ends #

Here’s what happens when your Transmute Engine trial period concludes and what options you have.

When Your Trial Expires #

At the end of your trial period (3 or 7 days):

  • Service Stops: The inPIPE plugin will stop processing analytics data
  • Data Retained: Your configuration and data are saved for 90 days
  • No Auto-Charge: If you didn’t add a payment method, nothing happens
  • Email Notification: You’ll receive an email explaining your options

Your Options #

Option 1: Subscribe to Continue #

To keep using the Transmute Engine:

  1. Click the billing portal link in your email
  2. Add a payment method (if you haven’t already)
  3. Select your subscription plan
  4. Your service resumes immediately
  5. All your settings and data are preserved

Option 2: Let Trial Expire #

If you choose not to subscribe:

  • Your subscription becomes inactive
  • Data processing stops
  • Configuration saved for 90 days
  • You can reactivate anytime within 90 days
  • After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted

Reactivating After Trial #

Changed your mind? You can reactivate within 90 days:

  1. Visit the billing portal (link in your trial emails)
  2. Add payment method
  3. Click “Resume Subscription”
  4. Service resumes with all your previous settings

What Gets Deleted After 90 Days #

If you don’t reactivate within 90 days:

  • Subscription configuration
  • API keys and credentials
  • Analytics transformation rules
  • All processed data
  • Account information
Data Export: Before your trial ends, make sure to export any configuration or data you want to keep.
