Dashboard Overview #

The inPIPE dashboard is your central command center for monitoring marketing campaign performance. This guide will help you understand the main dashboard components and navigation.

Accessing the Dashboard #

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin area
  2. Click on inPIPE in the left sidebar menu
  3. The main dashboard will be displayed by default

Dashboard Components #

Main Statistics Panel #

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see key statistics:

  • Total Campaigns: Number of unique utm_campaign values tracked
  • Active Sources: Number of unique utm_source values tracked
  • Tracked Sessions: Total number of tracked visitor sessions

Recent Activity #

The Recent Activity section shows:

  • Latest UTM parameters captured
  • Most recent visitor sources
  • Recently active campaigns

Performance Overview #

This graph displays:

  • Traffic trends over time
  • Campaign performance comparison
  • Source/medium distribution

Quick Filters #

Use the quick filters to adjust what you’re viewing:

  • Date range selector (last 7 days, 30 days, etc.)
  • Campaign filter
  • Source/medium filter
  • Custom parameter filters

Navigation Menu #

The left sidebar contains these main sections:

  • Dashboard: Main overview (where you are now)
  • Reports: Detailed analytics and custom reports
  • Campaigns: Campaign-specific performance data
  • Sources: Analysis by traffic source
  • Settings: Configuration options
  • Help: Documentation and support resources

Data Freshness #

The dashboard displays:

  • Real-time data for current day statistics
  • Daily aggregated data for historical periods
  • Last data update timestamp at the bottom of the screen

Common Dashboard Actions #

From the dashboard, you can quickly:

  • Export the current view as CSV or PDF
  • Filter data by date range or campaign
  • Access detailed reports for any metric

Spend some time exploring the dashboard to familiarize yourself with the available information and navigation options. This will be your main interface for monitoring marketing performance.
