Troubleshooting Common Trial Issues #
Having trouble with your Transmute Engine trial? Here are solutions to the most common issues.
Registration Problems #
“Domain Already Registered” Error #
This means your domain already has an active or recent trial.
Solution:
- Each domain can only have one free trial
- Check if someone else on your team already registered
- Contact support@seresa.io to check trial status
- Consider subscribing directly if you need immediate access
Form Submission Fails #
Possible causes:
- Invalid email format – use a standard email address
- Website URL missing http:// or https://
- Special characters in company name
- Browser extensions blocking the form
Solution: Try a different browser or disable extensions
Email Verification Issues #
No Verification Email Received #
Steps to resolve:
- Wait 10 minutes (email delivery can be slow)
- Check spam/junk/promotions folders
- Add noreply@seresa.io to your contacts
- Verify you entered the correct email
- Try registering again if more than 30 minutes passed
Verification Link Expired #
Links expire after 12 hours for security.
Solution: Register again – you’ll get a fresh verification link
“Already Verified” Message #
You may have already completed verification.
Solution:
- Check your email for the welcome message with subscription key
- Look for email from Seresa with subject “Welcome to Transmute Engine”
- If no welcome email, contact support
Subscription Activation Problems #
No Welcome Email After Verification #
The welcome email contains your subscription key.
Solution:
- Wait 5 minutes – API calls can take time
- Check spam folder
- Verify the verification page showed a success message
- Contact support with your email address if not received after 15 minutes
Subscription Key Not Working #
If your key doesn’t activate the inPIPE plugin:
- Copy-paste the key exactly (no extra spaces)
- Make sure you’re using the inPIPE plugin (not another analytics plugin)
- Check that the plugin is the latest version
- Verify your trial hasn’t expired
- Contact support for a new key
Payment & Billing Issues #
Can’t Add Payment Method #
Common issues:
- Browser blocking Stripe popup
- Ad blocker interfering
- Using an unsupported card type
- International cards may require additional verification
Solution: Try a different browser or card, or contact Stripe support
Charged Before Trial Ended #
This should not happen during your trial period.
Solution:
- Check the charge date vs your trial end date
- Contact support@seresa.io immediately
- We’ll issue a refund if charged in error
Plugin Installation Issues #
Can’t Download inPIPE Plugin #
Solution:
- Check your welcome email for the download link
- Visit seresa.io/downloads
- Make sure you’re logged in to your account
- Contact support for a direct download link
Plugin Won’t Activate #
Requirements:
- WordPress 6.0 or higher
- PHP 8.1 or higher
- Valid subscription key
Solution: Check your WordPress and PHP versions, verify subscription is active
