What is a GA4 Measurement ID? #

Your GA4 Measurement ID (also called a Stream ID) is a unique identifier that connects your website or app data to your Google Analytics 4 property. It looks like: G-XXXXXXXXXX

Transmute Engine uses this Measurement ID to send event data to the correct GA4 property.

Where to Find Your GA4 Measurement ID #

Step 1: Access Admin Settings #

1. Log in to your Google Analytics account
2. Click the Admin icon (gear symbol) in the bottom left corner

Step 2: Navigate to Data Streams #

1. In the Property column (middle), click Data Streams

Step 3: Select Your Web Data Stream #

1. Click on your web data stream name

Step 4: Copy Your Measurement ID #

1. Look for Measurement ID in the top right corner
2. Format: G-XXXXXXXXXX
3. Click the copy icon

Using in Transmute Engine #

1. Go to Configuration Settings
2. Find GA4 Measurement ID field
3. Paste your ID
4. Save
