Overview #
An event pack tops up your monthly event allowance without changing your plan tier. Use packs when you occasionally need more events than your plan includes but do not want to permanently upgrade.
Reading the Card #
The Buy Event Pack card shows:
- Your current plan and the maximum number of packs you can have at once, for example
PROFESSIONAL · 1 PACKS MAX. - The size and price of one pack — for example, +300,000 events for $10/mth. The exact size and price are determined by your plan.
Buying a Pack #
- Open the Manage Subscription modal.
- In the Buy Event Pack card, click a quantity pill for how many packs you want.
- Choose a Billing Type:
- One-off — a single charge, applied immediately. Good if you only need extra events for a single busy month.
- Monthly — added to your subscription as a recurring add-on. Good if you consistently exceed your plan’s allowance. You can cancel the recurring pack at any time.
- The summary line explains which billing mode is selected.
- Click the action button. The label depends on what you picked:
- One-off → Pay $X now
- Monthly → Upgrade Subscription +$X/mo
- You will be taken to Stripe to complete the purchase. See What to Expect at Stripe Checkout.
How Many Packs Can I Have? #
Each plan has a packs max limit shown on the card. Once you reach the maximum, no additional packs can be purchased on that plan — at that point, upgrading to a higher plan is usually the better path. See Upgrading Your Plan.
Card Visibility #
- Hidden during a free trial — event packs become available after you move to a paid plan.
- Hidden if your plan does not sell packs (some plans include enough events that packs are unnecessary).
After Purchase #
Once Stripe completes the payment, the additional events are credited to your account. One-off packs apply for the current billing period; monthly packs are added every billing cycle until you cancel them.
