Overview #
The Upgrade Plan card lets you move to a higher plan tier — typically because you need more events per month, more integration slots, or both.
Plan Tiers #
Plans are named after a colour progression, in increasing order:
- Harvest
- Cerise
- Bright Cherry
- Cherry Red
- Vibrant Cherry
Some accounts see legacy aliases instead of the colour names — entry, premium, professional, or enterprise. These aliases map to the same underlying tiers. If your Current badge shows one of those names, the upgrade options will show the matching colour-named tier above your current level.
Reading the Card #
The card opens with a header line — for example, Current: professional (1,000,000 events) — telling you which plan you are on and your event allowance.
Below that is a Monthly / Annual toggle. Switching the toggle flips every plan price between its monthly and annual cost. There is no separate “save X%” badge — compare the two prices visually to see your annual saving.
Each upgrade row shows the plan name, the included monthly event count, and the price for the currently selected billing mode.
Upgrading #
- Open the Manage Subscription modal.
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- Click the row for the plan you want to move to. The action button changes to Upgrade to {plan}.
- Until you click a row, the button reads Select a plan and is disabled.
- Click the button. You will be taken to Stripe to complete the purchase. See What to Expect at Stripe Checkout.
What if I Am Already on the Top Tier? #
If you are already on the highest plan, the Upgrade Plan card is not shown at all. To get more events from there, see Buying Event Packs.
Trial Users #
If you are on a free trial, the Upgrade Plan card is the only card you see in the modal. Picking a plan converts your trial to a paid subscription.
After Purchase #
Once Stripe completes the payment, your plan changes immediately. Your new event allowance and integration slots become active right away. Any unused portion of your previous billing cycle is credited automatically.
