Overview #
The Manage Subscription modal is where you make changes to your existing inPIPE subscription — adding more integrations, topping up your event allowance, or moving to a higher plan tier.
If you have not activated your subscription yet, start with Activate Your Transmute Engine Subscription.
Opening the Modal #
You can open the Manage Subscription modal in three ways:
- From the admin UI — click any Upgrade, Buy Event Pack, or Add Outpipe button in the inPIPE admin area.
- From a usage banner — when you approach your monthly event quota, a banner with a CTA opens the modal directly.
- From an email link — Seresa email campaigns may include direct links that open the modal at a specific card.
The Three Cards #
The modal shows up to three cards side by side. Which cards appear depends on your current plan and whether you are on a trial.
| Card | Purpose | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| outPIPE Upgrades | Buy additional integration slots beyond the number included in your plan. | outPIPE Upgrades |
| Buy Event Pack | Top up your monthly event allowance without changing plan tier. | Buying Event Packs |
| Upgrade Plan | Move to a higher plan tier with more events and more integration slots. | Upgrading Your Plan |
What Trial Users See #
If you are on a free trial, only the Upgrade Plan card is shown. The other two cards become available after you move to a paid plan.
What Top-Tier Users See #
If you are already on the highest plan tier, the Upgrade Plan card is not shown — there is nothing higher to move to. You can still buy event packs and additional outPIPE integrations.
Help Icons #
Each card has a small ? icon next to its title. Clicking the icon opens a short tooltip explaining what that card does and when to use it.
Closing the Modal #
You can close the Manage Subscription modal at any time using either the × button at the top right or the Hide button at the bottom right. No changes are saved until you click the action button on a card and complete checkout.
Payments #
All purchases made from this modal are processed by Stripe. inPIPE never handles or stores your payment card details. See What to Expect at Stripe Checkout for the full checkout flow.
